Kingston Residence of Fort Wayne is hiring Medication Aides to join our Assisted Living and Senior Care community. In this role, you’ll help ensure residents receive medications safely and on time while supporting their comfort, independence, and dignity in a welcoming, home-like environment.

• Administer medications accurately, safely, and according to physician orders and Indiana state regulations
• Document all medication administration clearly and completely in resident records
• Observe residents for changes in condition or side effects and promptly report concerns to nursing staff
• Assist residents with daily living activities such as hygiene, grooming, and mobility, when needed
• Communicate compassionately with residents, families, and fellow team members
• Contribute to a safe, clean, and supportive environment that feels like home

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Active Medication Aide certification (QMA, CMA, or MA-C) in the State of Indiana
• Experience in assisted living, senior care, or long-term care preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to balance multiple responsibilities in a supportive care environment
