Full-Time or Part-Time | Flexible Scheduling

This fall, bring your skills and compassion to a role where every shift makes a difference. Kingston at Dupont is hiring Medication Aides to support our Memory Care and Assisted Living community. In this role, you’ll ensure medications are administered safely and on time while helping residents live with dignity, comfort, and respect in a supportive environment.

Administer medications accurately and in compliance with physician orders and Indiana state regulations

Document medication administration thoroughly in resident records and electronic health systems

Monitor residents for changes in condition, side effects, or health concerns and report to licensed nursing staff

Assist residents with daily living activities such as grooming, hygiene, and mobility, when needed

Provide compassionate communication with residents and their families

Support a safe, welcoming, and home-like environment in our memory care and assisted living neighborhoods

High school diploma or equivalent required

Active Medication Aide certification (QMA, CMA, or MA-C) in the State of Indiana

Prior experience in memory care, assisted living, or long-term care preferred

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Compassionate, patient, and team-focused mindset

Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic care environment
