Volunteers may specialize in one or work in all areas, depending on background, desire and interest.
- Completing follow-up phone calls to veteran’s who are currently receiving or were recently discharged from Home and Community Based Care services
- Developing packets, organizing and filing as requested, office documents and or medical records
- Routing/retrieving of internal mail to appropriate service areas and disciplines
- Scanning documentation into an electronic chart
- Obtain medical records or other documents as requested from Medical Records f
- Efficient use of telephone, computer fax and copy machine
Volunteers should be between the ages of 15 and 95.
