Franklin Electric is seeking a driven, energetic finance student with a positive, can-do attitude to join our team as an FP&A Intern supporting the Global Commercial Water segment. During this summer internship, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by contributing to key projects and partnering with the FP&A team to help solve complex business challenges that drive profitability and performance.

This role provides hands‑on exposure to all aspects of financial planning and analysis, including financial reporting and analysis, forecasting and budgeting, long‑range planning, and acquisition modeling, offering a comprehensive and practical experience within a global business environment.

• Business Unit Financial Analysis and Reporting
• Forecasting and Budgeting
• DCF Modeling
• Spend analysis and optimization.
• Maintaining strong working relationships with business partners and internal departments.
• Ensure the execution and implementation of ad hoc projects.

• Track record of collaborating cross functionally and working as a team.
• Exceptional problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communication and presence.
• Takes initiative to drive high impact growth.
  
  Excellent time management, organization, and ability to multi-task.

• Currently enrolled as a Sophomore, Junior, or Senior Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance Program or MBA Program
• GPA of 3.5 or higher (Preferred)

• Intermediate:
  Excel, PowerPoint and BI/Data warehouse
