• Partner closely with the accounting and finance team to support monthly close processes, financial reporting, and analysis.
• Build, maintain, and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and data models to support decision‑making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, troubleshoot anomalies, and propose process enhancements.
• Support upgrades, integrations, and improvements within financial systems while ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• As a Financial Analyst, collaborate across departments to streamline workflows and enhance visibility into financial performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least three years of progressive accounting experience with reporting and data analysis responsibilities.
• Strong Excel capabilities including Power Query, pivot tables, lookups, and visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Hands‑on experience with an ERP or integrated accounting platform and an ability to learn new systems independently.
• A Financial Analyst in this role must be naturally curious, self‑motivated, communicative, and skilled at working both independently and with a team.

• This position is 100 percent onsite at the organization’s headquarters located in the Fort Wayne area.
