The Asset Management Specialist position is not a client facing position, although client contact is a daily occurrence through phone and email. The Asset Management Specialist will work approximately 40 hours per week. Overtime may be required on occasion. This is an in-office position.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Set up and maintain client accounts.
  • Compile and complete client, custodian, and firm paperwork.
  • Reconcile account information from custodian.
  • Run daily reporting of transactions and investment activity.
  • Execute account trades.
  • Provide general support for portfolio/investment tasks and special projects.
  • Assist Senior Financial Planners and Staff Financial Planners as needed.
  • Maintain and manage client relationships/respond to client needs.
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of professional work experience.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft 365 products.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task.
  • Must be a team player, collaborative, and able to work well with others.
  • Desire and ability to work successfully in a small office environment.
