At Embassy Wealth Advisors, we help guide clients toward confidence and purpose in their finances through planning, guidance, and investments. If you enjoy researching the financial industry, analyzing data, and communicating with clients, this job may be for you. We are looking for a Financial Services Associate who shares our biblical values and is excited to help clients through data-driven plans;
support the lead advisors; and grow with Embassy.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare meeting notes and distribute post-meeting follow up for advisors on client meeting tasks, paperwork, and trades.
- Research questions, call, and communicate with clients as necessary; review and update client information as needed for client review meetings.
- Develop, analyze, and improve reports that drive client data-based efficiencies and practical presentations for meetings.
- Utilize CRM, M365, Ameriprise Brokerage Platform, and other integrations to effectively serve clients’ needs and fulfill financial planning requirements.
- Participate in special projects for the advisor team.
- Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and client requests for the benefit of helping clients and remaining compliant with financial requirements.
Experience:
- Successful completion of the SIE Exam is required.
- 2 years of experience in a financial setting is desired.
- Successful completion of the Series 7 and Series 66 exams are required – must obtain if these have not already been obtained.
- College degree is desired.
- State life, accident, and health insurance licenses desired; if not obtained already, must be willing to obtain.
- 3-4 years of experience in CRM, finance, tech support, or a related field is desired.
- APMA Certification is desired.

- Confident and humble – able to work with high-driver personalities in a collaborative fashion to deliver excellent results for clients.
* The Financial Services Associate builds into a Paraplanner role once the person is fully licensed. If hired as a fully licensed individual, the new hire would start as a Paraplanner. This role can build into an Associate Financial Advisor, depending on the individual’s understanding of the industry; personality; needs of the office; and alignment with company values.
