• Troubleshoot Circuit Card Assemblies at both a unit and circuit card assembly level, isolate the fault to a component, and disposition the repair procedures.
• Assist in the investigation of root cause of product performance and failures.
• Perform detailed test planning and associated test implementation activities including final product review documentation.
• Assist in executing test plans and priorities on the test floor.
• Support the manufacturing floor as needed to ensure product moves through the process and contribute to lean culture improvements.

• Multiple shifts with flexible start times across 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and Weekend Shifts, including 4-day work week schedules.
• 10% salary shift differential for 2nd, 3rd, or Weekend Shift positions.
• Relocation assistance available for candidates outside the local Fort Wayne area.
• Role requires in-person, onsite work at a BAE Systems facility.

Bachelors

Communications

• Associate's Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology (EET), Electrical Engineering (EE), or related degree with 2+ years of related experience.
• Electronics component troubleshooting and instrument familiarity (analog and/or digital).
• Proficiency with analog and/or digital electronics and embedded systems.
• Ability to use standard electrical lab and test equipment.
• FAA mandated Anti-Drug Pool participation; subject to random drug testing.
• General understanding of electronics manufacturing processes.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology (EET) or Electrical Engineering (EE) with 2+ years of related experience.
• Knowledge of technical requirements and electronics manufacturing processes.
• Continued emphasis on electronics troubleshooting and instrument familiarity (analog and/or digital).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Full-Time Salary Range: $64,935 - $110,390
