Responsibilities- Troubleshoot Circuit Card Assemblies at both a unit and circuit card assembly level, isolate the fault to a component, and disposition the repair procedures.
- Assist in the investigation of root cause of product performance and failures.
- Perform detailed test planning and associated test implementation activities including final product review documentation.
- Assist in executing test plans and priorities on the test floor.
- Support the manufacturing floor as needed to ensure product moves through the process and contribute to lean culture improvements.
- Multiple shifts with flexible start times across 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and Weekend Shifts, including 4-day work week schedules.
- 10% salary shift differential for 2nd, 3rd, or Weekend Shift positions.
- Relocation assistance available for candidates outside the local Fort Wayne area.
- Role requires in-person, onsite work at a BAE Systems facility.

Qualifications- Associate's Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology (EET), Electrical Engineering (EE), or related degree with 2+ years of related experience.
- Electronics component troubleshooting and instrument familiarity (analog and/or digital).
- Proficiency with analog and/or digital electronics and embedded systems.
- Ability to use standard electrical lab and test equipment.
- FAA mandated Anti-Drug Pool participation; subject to random drug testing.
- General understanding of electronics manufacturing processes.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology (EET) or Electrical Engineering (EE) with 2+ years of related experience.
- Knowledge of technical requirements and electronics manufacturing processes.
- Continued emphasis on electronics troubleshooting and instrument familiarity (analog and/or digital).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Full-Time Salary Range: $64,935 - $110,390
