We’re looking for a hands‑on Automation Engineer to join our manufacturing engineering team and play a key role programming and maintaining automated systems that drive production efficiency.
This position focuses heavily on FANUC robotics, Allen‑Bradley PLCs, and industrial control systems to support our high‑performance manufacturing operations.

- Program and troubleshoot FANUC robot systems, including setup, path programming, and integration with other automation equipment.
- Develop and maintain Allen‑Bradley PLC programs (Control Logix, Compact Logix, and related hardware).
- Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers to integrate robotics, sensors, and motion control systems into new and existing equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve equipment issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime.
- Manage automation projects from concept through commissioning, ensuring systems meet safety, quality, and productivity standards.
- Support production teams with process optimization, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain detailed system documentation including schematics, code backups, and change logs.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, electrical codes, and company policies.
