Shape the Built Environment with Purpose We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graduate Architect to join our team in Fort Wayne, IN. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved in every phase of the architectural process—from early design development through construction documentation and project coordination.

- Lead and manage drawing production throughout the design development process.
- Analyze project feasibility, including cost assessments and drawing requirements.
- Develop detailed cost estimates and collaborate with specifiers to align materials and equipment with project goals.
- Coordinate client and user reviews, refine design options, and ensure compliance with city, county, and state codes.
- Prepare and finalize construction documents, working closely with structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and specialty consultants.
- Support the bid and contract phase by reviewing bids, invoices, punch lists, and shop drawings.
- Oversee daily construction support activities and provide regular progress reports.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Proficiency in Revit.
- Ideally 1+ years of architectural experience (internship experience considered).
- Exposure to commercial projects is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Office located in the historic Baker Street Station—a blend of modern amenities and preserved architectural charm.
- Clean, quiet, and temperature-controlled workspace designed for focus and collaboration.
- Standard schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7/8 AM to 4/5 PM (40 hours/week), with occasional overtime. - Business casual dress code (polos and jeans welcome).
- 95% office-based with occasional travel to job sites and client meetings, including some travel to Wisconsin.
- Contract-to-Hire position based in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.85 – $36.06/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits
