Ensure the optimal, safe, and efficient operation of the automated aluminum manifold punching line through technical operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvement.

• Operate and monitor the performance of automated punching cells.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, or basic programming faults.
• Ensure compliance with quality parameters for produced parts.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and peripheral equipment.
• Document incidents, adjustments, and technical reports.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement processes and failure analysis (Kaizen, 5S, Ishikawa, etc.).
• Collaborate with the quality, maintenance, and engineering departments to optimize the process.
• Train operators in basic operation and safety aspects of the line.
• Comply with industrial safety standards and proper use of PPE.

• Interpretation of mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Knowledge of sensors, actuators, and basic PLCs (Siemens, Omron, etc.).
• Use of measuring instruments: caliper, micrometer, comparator.
• Basic knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Operation of HMI software (desirable).
