Contract Professionals, Inc. (CPI) is seeking an experienced RF Integration and Test Engineer to join the Smart Munitions team within Advanced Electronics Systems. In this role, you’ll contribute to the integration, testing, and verification of complex GPS and navigation systems supporting advanced land and air defense technologies. This is a hands-on engineering position where your work directly impacts mission-critical performance and innovation.
Responsibilities- Participate in system integration and testing of RF, GPS, and navigation hardware/software components
- Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and diagnostics for hardware and system validation
- Design and build test fixtures, tools, and diagnostic programs to support system testing
- Plan and coordinate technical approaches, resources, schedules, and equipment for testing activities
- Perform functional, environmental, operational, and performance testing across development phases
- Troubleshoot and document issues and defects throughout the test lifecycle
- Analyze customer requirements, specifications, and manuals to determine feasibility and application
- Contribute to continuous improvement in testing processes, tools, and methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout system design, integration, and verification phases
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related Science or Mathematics field; 5+ years of relevant experience
, or a Master’s degree plus 3 yearsU.S. citizenship required (due to government contract work)
Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense Secret clearance
Proficient in test engineering concepts, principles, and tools related to RF and GPS/Navigation systems
Experience with object-oriented programming, scripting, and system processes
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with the SAFe Agile process
