• Lead and manage new product development (NPD) efforts through stage-gate process
• Identify, scope, and present to leadership new product/technology and updates to existing products to grow the business
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align engineering with business goals and timelines
• Design and prototype combustion products using Solid Works and rapid fabrication tools
• Conduct performance testing, failure analysis, stack-up/tolerance studies, and DFMEA
• Develop and manage project plans, BOMs, 2D/3D models, and engineering documentation
• Engage with customers to understand needs and provide application-specific solutions
• Evaluate and improve current products (cost, quality, compliance, manufacturability)
• Identify and present technology advancements or market opportunities to leadership
• Represent Company at industry functions and trade shows

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or closely related field)
• 5+ years in progressive engineering roles with an emphasis on New Product Development (NPD)
• 2+ years specifically in burner or combustion-related products; combustion simulation experience highly preferred
• Proficient with 3D Modeling (Solid Works preferred)
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes: casting, stamping, fabrication, 3D printing, etc.
• Knowledge of FMEA, DFM, and Six Sigma methodologies
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Positive, team-first mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Ability to travel up to 20% (Domestically and within North America)
