We are seeking an experienced Advanced Manufacturing Engineer with a specialization in molding technologies to join our dynamic team. • Design, develop, and implement advanced injection molding processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
• Lead the design and optimization of molds, tooling, and fixtures for new and existing products.
• Provide expertise on molding materials and work with R&D and production teams to select and test new materials.
• Conduct mold trial runs, process validations, and capability studies.
• Integrate automation solutions such as robotic arms, conveyors, and vision systems.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Quality Assurance, Production, and Maintenance teams.
• Lead initiatives to reduce cycle time, improve throughput, and ensure product consistency.
• Maintain up-to-date process documentation and prepare technical reports for senior management.

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in advanced manufacturing engineering, specifically in molding technologies; strong background in process optimization, mold design, and troubleshooting.
• Skills: Knowledge of molding equipment, automation systems, CAD (Solid Works, AutoCAD), analytical and problem‑solving skills, familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or similar.
• Certifications (Preferred): Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification; injection molding certifications such as RJG, SPE.
