We are seeking a passionate, creative, and nurturing Music Instructor to join our school. The ideal candidate will introduce young children (ages weeks to 6 years) to the joy of music through engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that foster creativity, coordination, social skills, and early cognitive development.

• Plan and lead interactive music classes for infants, toddlers, and/or preschool-aged children
• Teach foundational musical concepts including rhythm, melody, tempo, and movement
• Incorporate singing, instruments, storytelling, and movement into lessons
• Encourage participation, self-expression, and confidence in young learners
• Adapt lessons to accommodate varying developmental levels and learning styles
• Maintain classroom instruments and materials in safe, clean condition
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to integrate music into broader curriculum themes
• Prepare children for informal performances or family showcases (if applicable)
• Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding student progress and activities

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Music, Music Education, Early Childhood Education, or related field preferred
• Experience teaching music to young children (infant–5 years preferred)
• Strong vocal skills and basic proficiency with instruments (e.g., piano, guitar, percussion)
• Knowledge of child development principles
• Energetic, patient, and engaging personality
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Background check clearance
