As a Teacher, you will:

• Lead, coach, and mentor fellow teachers, modeling best practices and providing constructive feedback.
• Implement Kinder Care's curriculum tailored to meet the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive through play and learning.
• Partner with parents to ensure the best care and education for their children.
• Support your center’s success by collaborating with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and accreditation goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community partners.

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
• An active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• Preferred:
  Approved state trainer and 2-3 years of Early Childhood Education experience.
• Preferred:
  Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education.
• Willingness to meet state-specific qualifications and obtain CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Physical ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and engage actively with children.
• Strong communication skills in English to connect with children and parents.
