Must possess a valid Indiana teaching license for the assigned grade levels and/or subject areas or be eligible to obtain an alternative teaching credential.
REPA/REPA 3 Licensure Options:
- Exceptional Needs:
Mild Intervention covering appropriate grades - Indiana's Early Literacy Endorsement requires teachers who teach retained grade 3 students to have at least 25 hours of approved Science of Reading training to start the 25-26 school year. Please upload proof you meet this requirement as an attachment to your application. This includes any Grade 3, ELL, Interventionist or Special Education Teacher that may work with retained grade 3 students.
Must possess knowledge of effective practices, including principles, theories, procedures, and techniques used in lesson plan development and classroom instruction.
