Job Title: Admissions Representative

The Admissions Representative manages, administers, and coordinates the complete admissions process. Responsibilities include recruiting, enrolling students, providing detailed program information, counseling on educational choices, and overseeing admission activities such as campus tours, interviews, enrollment support, and orientation. The role may also encompass duties similar to the Admissions Assistant.

• Manage overall admissions processing, including conducting interviews and counseling sessions.
• Direct prospective students in determining fit and eligibility for our programs.
• Arrange and oversee campus visits, tours, and student orientation programs.
• Administer enrollment processes, pre‑qualify applicants, and assist with application paperwork.
• Maintain admissions files and conduct audits.
• Participate in off‑campus recruitment and marketing activities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications /

Competencies:

• One year of related experience and a high school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Exceptional customer service, listening, and teamwork skills.
