A physician-led, financially stable health system is seeking a   Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon   to join an established, hospital-employed orthopedic group. This position offers immediate patient volume, modern surgical resources, and long-term stability in a collegial, non-trauma environment.

Position Highlights     Hospital-employed orthopedic group with experienced partners
Immediate demand due to growth and upcoming retirement
Block OR time with opportunity to expand
Advanced technology including   Mako robotic system
Fully staffed ORs with in-house anesthesiology and pain management
Light call (1:4)   - primarily phone-based
Non-trauma setting with regional transfer support
Compensation & Benefits     $580,000 guaranteed base salary
Additional   RVU-based earning potential
$90,000 sign-on / relocation / loan assistance package
Optional   resident stipend
38 days PTO/CME annually
