Physician​/Surgery - Trauma​/Indiana​/Physician - Surgery - Trauma in Indiana

• Schedule: Day shift: 7AM - 5PM with night back up calls;
  Night shift: 5PM - 7AM (next day) with day back up calls. 7 days in a row of coverage up to 21 days per month. Clinic is Tuesday and Thursday.
• Job Setting: Hospital
• Credentialing: Emergency possible if the provider has a clean background and NPDB

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Must be board certified in General Surgery and Critical Care
• Licensure: Must have active IN License
