About Fort Wayne Radiology:
Fort Wayne Radiology (FWR) is an established, independent, physician-owned practice serving northeast Indiana and northwest Ohio for over 70 years. We are a transparent, democratic practice with collaborative management. The shareholders have no interest in selling the practice and are determined to remain independent. Governance is through an executive committee of five elected voting members, with 4 members serving staggered 2-year terms plus a President.

We are seeking Diagnostic Radiologists with breast imaging fellowship to join our team. Fellowship training, while appreciated, is not required.

FWR serves Parkview Health Systems. In a joint venture, we co-own the area’s state-of-the-art breast and PET imaging centers. Work will include onsite coverage at our breast center and the cancer institute, both on the campus of the main hospital. We offer state-of-the-art screening and diagnostic mammography and ultrasounds, stereotactic and ultrasound-guided biopsies, contrast-enhanced mammography (CEM), and DEXA. Breast MRI exams and procedures are done at the cancer institute.

Our radiologists are supported by highly qualified technologists, excellent clerical and administrative support, in a positive and efficient work environment in our ACR Certified Breast Imaging Center of Excellence.

This position is a full-time on-site 8a-5p with no weekends or evenings. Diagnostic moonlighting available for additional income upon interest.

• Interpret mammograms, breast ultrasounds, and breast MRIs
• Perform image-guided breast procedures
• Provide patient consultations and support during diagnostic and treatment processes
• Attend/participate in tumor board meetings

• Medical degree (MD or DO)
• Board certification or eligible in Radiology
• Breast imaging experience and/or fellowship training
• Valid medical license to practice in Indiana and Ohio
• Proficiency in interpreting all breast modalities and procedures
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
