Overview
Parkview Health is currently seeking a Board Certified/ Board Eligible Outpatient Family Medicine Physician to join their team.
Responsibilities- Hours of practice are Monday - Friday 7am - 6pm
; some flexibility required for extended hours - Office location is at 470 Bennett Drive, Warren, IN
- Weekly Patient Contact: 36 hours (32 hours in the clinic & 4 hours rounding and prepping charts)
- Daily encounter goals of 22-26 patients depending on visit lengths.
- The call requirement for this position is 1:6
- Opportunity allows for OB, but not mandatory.
