. This lucrative and foundational position is part of IU Health's strategic growth plan. Partner with a robust primary care referral base; in a catchment area over 375,000, to build your successful practice. Enjoy an autonomous practice with APP support, in IUHealth's newest hospital location, scheduled to open its doors in 2027.
* We are looking for a start date of fall 2026.*

• Full‑time employment (Monday through Friday)
• A mix of inpatient and outpatient work
• Flexibility as we build and shape this new facility
• Practice locations: 10101 Ernst Road, Roanoke, Indiana and 4105 Dicke Rd, Fort Wayne, Indiana
• Participate in the recruitment, selection and onboarding of colleagues in a variety of Cardiology specialties;
  Non‑Invasive/General, Interventional and Electrophysiology

• Candidate must be Board Certified
• Fellowship training required in Electrophysiology
• Ability to acquire Indiana license
• Open to both new graduates and practicing physicians
