We are seeking a full‑time Clinician to join our team in Fort Wayne, IN. You will work in a niche pediatric clinical outpatient setting exclusively with infants and their families, treating head shapes with the DOC Band® and correcting ear shapes with Ear Well®.

• Evaluate and treat infants with plagiocephaly and related ear conditions using DOC Band® and Ear Well®.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with families throughout the treatment process.

• Certified Prosthetist‑Orthotists. (Open to PTs, OTs, RNs, and Certified Orthotists who bring relevant knowledge and patient‑care experience.)
• Background in pediatrics preferred but not required; a formal training and mentoring program is provided.

The pay range for this position is $75,000 – $90,000
. Pay depends on the applicant’s experience and tenure.

Clinic: 3400 E Coliseum Blvd, Ste 310, Fort Wayne, IN 46805. The schedule is Monday–Tuesday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Wednesday–Thursday 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Friday 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM, with occasional Saturday hours.
