As our Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first friendly face and voice our customers encounter, setting the tone for their entire visit. You’ll play a crucial role in making sure everyone who walks through our doors or calls us feels heard, understood, and well taken care of. - Welcome and greet every customer entering the dealership with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Answer incoming phone calls, internet inquiries and directing them to the appropriate department or team member.
- Assist customers with general inquiries, providing accurate information about services, hours, and location.
- Address customer concerns and issues promptly and professionally, seeking resolutions that ensure satisfaction.
- Schedule appointments for service or sales consultations as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a welcoming first impression.
- Support the sales and service teams with administrative tasks as requested.
- High school diploma or equivalent;
Associate's degree or higher preferred. - Proven customer service experience, preferably in a dealership or related environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for de-escalating situations.
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with dealership management software (a plus).
- A genuine desire to help people and create positive experiences.
