You will use your strategic customer service skills and in-depth knowledge of company services to build relationships with our customers. • Pay Estimate: $40,000 - $60,000 a year with higher potential.

• Provide positive energy and top‑notch customer service.
• Act as the first point of contact for new and existing customers.
• Generate business by calling current and past customers.
• Input information into move software to provide accurate moving estimates.
• Make recommendations according to customer’s needs and TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® best practices.
• Obtain customer feedback through follow‑up calls, both during and after moves; calmly and professionally handle customer concerns.
• Prepare move‑related paperwork and documents.

• Excellent customer service skills, sales, and problem‑solving.
• Professional attitude, exceptional communication, organization, and time management.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new programs.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Willing to submit to a pre‑employment background check and drug screen.
• A minimum of one year of inside sales or customer service is required. Outside sales and/or TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® or moving industry experience is preferred.
