Read and Record Book Reviews for People with Reading Challenges. ongoing. A timeslot:
Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 3:00 pm. The Audio Reading Service's target audience is listeners of all ages who have visual, physical, learning, or language challenges to reading traditional print. We broadcast the recorded readings of news and information from over 90 publications. Articles are read aloud and recorded in our studios. One current opportunity is our Book Reviews program!

• Read Book Reviews to help our listeners find out which books are worth reading—and which ones aren’t. Materials are read from both hard copy and digital touchscreen tablet. This is a weekly or every/other week commitment for a 90-minute reading timeslot. We can work with your schedule, Monday-Friday between 8:00 am - 3:00 pm.

If your reading skills and passions match our needs, we’d love to have you join our audio reading team of ACPL volunteers! An interview and audition are required.
