SummaryA Creative Resourcing Manager is responsible for assigning the right talent, both full-time and freelance, to projects based on skills, availability and project requirements while balancing department workloads, utilization and business needs. They own day-to-day resourcing decisions for one or more creative departments (e.g., Creative, Creative Technology, Content) and are responsible for balancing project priorities, skills requirements, and individual capacity.
This role supports our Creative Team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, typically working 2-3 days per week in office and/or at show site based out of one of the following locations:
- Dallas, TX
- Philadelphia, PA
