They are seeking a Preconstruction Manager to lead the preconstruction phase of our design-build projects. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and their internal team to develop accurate budgets, estimates, and strategies that align with project goals. WhatYou’ll Do
- Lead the preconstruction phase of design-build projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and budgets
- Partner with architects, engineers, and design teams to provide cost-effective, creative solutions
- Facilitate value engineering and feasibility studies to optimize design and costs
- Prepare and manage conceptual, schematic, and detailed cost estimates
- Analyze drawings, perform accurate takeoffs, and evaluate subcontractor/supplier bids
- Present preconstruction reports, schedules, and risk assessments to clients and internal teams
- Act as the key liaison between design and construction, ensuring smooth project handoffs
- 3+ years of commercial construction experience
- Ability to interpret and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
- Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture degree preferred
