• Develop relationships to drive revenue.
• Perform project estimating for hard bid and negotiated projects.
• Manage projects through to completion while effectively controlling cost.
• Manage project related expenses.
• Determine jobs to bid utilizing available resources.
• Perform all necessary administrative responsibilities as required.
• Achieve complete customer satisfaction on all installation projects.
• Adhere to all personal requirements.

• College degree preferred.
• Knowledge of division 9 products and materials preferred.
• Knowledge of construction estimating procedures.
• Ability to effectively manage construction projects.
• Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate long and short-range goals.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Sales initiative/background.
• Background check with no issues.
