You will manage daily jobsite tasks, support cleaners, keep projects on schedule, and make sure all safety and quality standards are met. This job involves frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Requirements- Experience leading crews or supervising teams
- Knowledge of construction cleaning processes
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work alongside staff when needed
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Full-time
- Hours vary based on project needs
- Mostly first or second shift with occasional weekends
