This is a hybrid, year-round internship. The ideal candidate would begin working full-time in May, with part-time hours beginning in August.

In this role, you will…

* Assist with recruiting events in support of the Foundations of Insurance program (FOI)

* Provide administrative support for our FOI program

* Provide support for planning & execution of the "Immersion Event" a component of FOI

* Work with marketing on any promotional or recruitment materials for I&E at Med Pro Group

* Work with partner universities and student ambassadors to develop recruitment strategy

* Participate in and support activities related to Employee Resource Groups at Med Pro Group

* Support development and execution of company-wide I&E plans at Med Pro Group

We are looking for candidates with…

* Minimum of at least 2 years of college in business or related field

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Ability to work effectively as a team member or independently

* Creative and strategic thinking skills

* Solid problem solving/analytical skills

* Ability to handle multiple tasks and effectively prioritize assignments/projects

* Ability to handle personnel information confidentially

* High proficiency in Microsoft Office.

* Year-round availability to work from our Fort Wayne Headquarters: 15-20 hours/week during the school year and 40 hours/week during the summer.

* Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship, both now and in the future.
