Premier Truck Rental is seeking a Rental Coordinator to support the sales team and customer interactions in a fast-paced operations environment. PTR is a family-owned company headquartered in Fort Wayne, Indiana, that provides customized commercial fleet rentals nationwide. We partner with customers to drive efficiency and success on every job site across industries including construction, utilities, and infrastructure.
OverviewThe Rental Coordinator is a pivotal role within our operations department, serving as frontline support for customer interactions. Responsibilities include contract review, maintenance of the rental system and data, execution of rental transactions, and collaboration with other departments. This role contributes to customer satisfaction and the efficiency of the sales process and offers growth potential.
Location- Fort Wayne Office
- Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Hourly rate of $23.00 + Benefits that start day one
- Provide unparalleled customer service, embodying PTR values and reputation.
- Manage the on/off rent process with rental agreement execution with precision and timeliness.
- Enter data accurately into the rental system, maintaining records of customer information, sales progress, and transactional details.
- Facilitate communication between customers, sales territories, and departments to ensure swift responses.
- Coordinate on/off-rent and return notifications, verify pickup details, and communicate with accounting, field service, outside yards, and sales territories.
- Keep purchase orders up to date to support financial processes and tracking.
- Maintain location updates and relocations in systems to support reporting and operations.
- Utilize Panda Doc to verify rental agreement accuracy and completeness.
- Send follow-up emails with Panda Doc links to rental agreements to expedite the process.
Must Have
- Experience in administrative and customer service roles with strong task management and customer support skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service aligned with PTR's standards.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize in a dynamic environment.

- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Panda Doc for CRM and document management.
