Description We are looking for a skilled Office Assistant to join our team in Fort Wayne, Indiana. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative operations and supporting the overall success of the company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage calendars by scheduling appointments and organizing events.

- Maintain accountability for scanning and processing daily paperwork promptly.

- Submit requests for electrical permits and ensure compliance with relevant procedures.

- Actively seek opportunities to learn new processes and improve workflow.

- Handle reception duties, including answering inbound calls and managing multi-line phone systems.

- Assist with clerical tasks such as document preparation, data entry, and maintaining organized records.

- Address and manage work orders efficiently to support operational needs.

- Demonstrate personal accountability and time management skills to meet deadlines.

- Contribute to the company's growth by taking on expanded responsibilities over time. Requirements - At least 2 years of experience in office administration or a related field.

- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.

- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in administrative tasks.

- Proficient organizational abilities to maintain structured and accessible records.

- Familiarity with receptionist duties, including handling multi-line phone systems.

- Comfortable with scanning documents and managing electronic files.
