The Project Assistant is responsible for accurate and timely completion of a variety of job-site specific clerical and administrative tasks. This position is located on a job site in Fort Wayne, IN.
Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities- Reports employee hours and submits timecards
- Tracks and reports equipment hours
- Runs various reports on a regular and timely schedule
- Updates various spreadsheets, reports, meeting minutes and databases
- Completes paper and electronic filing
- Completes cost code set-up in system
- Prints, reconciles, codes and submits invoices
- Ensures new hire paperwork is completed properly and submitted accordingly
- Schedules crew lunches; orders food and sets-up tables and chairs
- Copies binders for distribution to Foremen
- Sweeps office and arranges for trash pick-up
- Develops and maintains positive relationships

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Detail-oriented and results driven
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and other software applications
- Ability to maintain focus and concentration in a busy and noisy environment
- Demonstrates respect for coworkers and customers
- Exhibits professionalism
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Related experience and/or training preferred
