Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage administrative functions to support a team of technical professionals.

- Schedule and organize meetings, trainings, and project timelines using tools like Webex.

- Monitor and track project progress, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.

- Maintain and update databases with accurate and timely information.

- Serve as a point of contact for customer service inquiries, providing clear and helpful communication.

- Facilitate the completion of administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with internal processes.

- Assist in planning and executing in-person and virtual trainings.

- Adapt to evolving team needs, asking questions and seeking clarity when necessary.

- Work collaboratively with individuals across diverse teams, ensuring smooth communication and workflow.

- Handle tasks with consistency, flexibility, and attention to detail. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative coordination or a related role.

- Strong skills in scheduling, project tracking, and database management.

- Excellent customer service abilities, with a detail-oriented and approachable demeanor.

- Ability to quickly grasp new systems and processes, proactively seeking guidance when needed.

- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

- Comfortable working with strong personalities and maintaining a detail-oriented approach.

- Proficient in tools like Webex for virtual meetings and trainings.
