• Perform day‑to‑day accounting activities as a Staff Accountant, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Support month‑end and year‑end close processes.

• Reconcile patient revenue, billing activity, and other healthcare‑specific financial data.
• Work closely with revenue cycle, payroll, and clinical operations teams.

• Prepare audit documentation and support external audit requests.
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy as a Staff Accountant.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and general accounting software.
• Ability to handle confidential healthcare and financial information.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience working as a Staff Accountant in a healthcare environment.
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and healthcare billing or revenue cycle processes.
• Prior experience in a mid‑sized or multi‑facility healthcare organization.
• Exposure to audit support, reconciliations, or cost tracking as a Staff Accountant.
