We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to support our financial reporting, compliance, and general accounting functions. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting close processes, and ensuring adherence to GAAP standards. This Senior Accountant position requires strong technical accounting skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive mindset. The ideal Senior Accountant will bring experience from a public accounting environment and thrive in a collaborative, deadline-driven setting.

While a CPA is not required, the Senior Accountant must demonstrate strong professional judgment and attention to detail.

• Perform core accounting functions as a Senior Accountant, including journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Assist with preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company accounting policies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide accurate and timely financial information.
• Participate in audits by preparing documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
• Analyze variances and provide insight to management as a Senior Accountant.
• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.

• 2+ years of public accounting experience highly preferred.
  • Active CPA is preferred, but not required
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Prior hands-on experience in general ledger accounting.
• Strong understanding of GAAP.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with a high degree of accuracy.
• Solid communication and analytical skills.

• Experience working as a Senior Accountant in a mid-sized or growth-oriented organization.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Prior experience contributing to process improvements as a Senior Accountant.
