We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to join a growing, fast-paced team in the manufacturing sector. Key Responsibilities of AP Specialist

• Process and code a large volume of invoices accurately and efficiently
• Match purchase orders, receipts, and vendor documentation
• Prepare payments via checks, ACH, and wires
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies, and assist with month-end close, internal audits

Qualifications for AP Specialist

• 1–2 years of AP or accounting experience
• Strong attention to detail in fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems (Quick Books, SAP, etc.)
• Excellent communication, time management, and team collaboration skills
• High school diploma required;
  Associate’s in Accounting preferred
