Role Description

Gemini Industries is seeking an Acquisition Program Manager Subject Matter Expert to join our team. In this full‑time, on‑site role, located in Fort Washington, MD, you will provide expertise in managing acquisition programs, including planning, budgeting, and oversight of contractual and operational activities. You will collaborate with teams, lead initiatives related to Air Force acquisitions, and ensure program goals and objectives are met efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include data analysis, program performance tracking, reporting, and implementing strategies in support of customer requirements.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Program Management, including managing project life cycles and coordinating multiple teams.
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess program performance, resolve complex issues, and drive data‑informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of Air Force systems, policies, and acquisition processes, and familiarity with Department of Defense protocols.
  • Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management related to program operations and resource allocation.
  • Expertise in Acquisitions, including procurement strategies, risk assessments, and contract compliance.
  • Outstanding communication and leadership abilities to foster collaboration and ensure alignment with stakeholder objectives.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or DAWIA Level II/III in Program Management are desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field;
    Master’s degree is preferred.
