Key Responsibilities

• Set up plumbing service calls as needed, ensuring timely and effective service delivery.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose residential plumbing systems.
• Identify and communicate Plumbing issues with customers, educating them on their systems, functions, and needs.
• Provide expert customer education on residential plumbing systems, explaining complex system functions and essential maintenance requirements to promote long-term system health.
• Maintain a fully stocked inventory for each job to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Adhere to company procedures, maintain professionalism, and ensure all work is documented appropriately.

What You Need

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in residential plumbing services.
• Familiarity with plumbing codes and safety procedures.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, customer service skills, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
• Must meet the local requirements for motor vehicle and background checks and pass a drug screening.
• Valid Driver’s license.

Competitive compensation ranging from $75, annually based on experience and qualifications. Additional compensation available through incentive program.
