• Patient Ratios: 1:1 or 1:2, acuity‑dependent
• Self‑scheduling requirements
• Floating policy:
  Within Women’s and Children’s Services, may float outside unit as “helping hands”
• Strong teamwork with a “family” feel! Good skill mix in terms of experience. Flexible scheduling.

Experience with circulating C‑sections, experience with transitioning babies.
