Health Care Support is actively seeking a Manager of Surgical Services to lead a busy inpatient surgical department at a well-established Level II Trauma Center serving the Fort Walton Beach and Destin community. This hospital is known for its comprehensive surgical services, advanced technology, and collaborative culture supporting a wide range of specialties. Day Shift

• $95,000 - $112,000
• Relocation assistance available!

• Lead and oversee patient care operations on a 24-hour basis, ensuring clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and a strong culture of patient-centered care. This role collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to support continuity of care, improve quality outcomes, and enhance the overall patient experience through proactive leadership and rounding.

• Active, unrestricted Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license or valid compact licensure. If hired with a compact license, an active Florida RN license must be obtained within 90 days of hire
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
• Inpatient Surgical/Operating Room experience
