ICU Registered Nurse – Up to $15,000 Sign on Bonus

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (ICU) to join a leading hospital in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. This is an exciting opportunity to provide advanced, high‑acuity care in a collaborative environment while supporting critically ill cardiac and vascular patients.

• Nights – 3x12’s 7pm-7am (Rotating Weekends)

• $30 – $39.60/hr. + Shift Differentials if applicable
• Up to $15K Sign on Bonus

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care for cardiac and vascular patients, including post-procedural monitoring, education, and recovery support.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.

• Active Florida RN license or compact license (must obtain FL license within 90 days of hire)
• 1+ year of ICU experience
