Mixed shifts with a collaborative rotation between days and nights.

• $95,000 - $112,000/year

• This role leads a dynamic Critical Care unit, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care through strong clinical oversight and operational leadership. You will support staff engagement, manage patient flow, and uphold evidence-based standards in a complex ICU setting. • Active, unrestricted Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license or valid compact licensure. If hired with a compact license, an active Florida RN license must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
• Acute care leadership experience required.
