CVICU Registered Nurse (RN) - Nights Only - $15K Sign-On Bonus

Pay Range:

• $27.72 – $39.60/hour (based on experience)

• 10+ years: $34.32/hour

• 15+ years: $39.60/hour

• Shift Differential: $4.25/hour (nights)

• Sign-On Bonus: $15,000

• Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000

• Schedule: Nights Only (7 PM – 7 AM)

Job Description:
The CVICU Registered Nurse will deliver focused, compassionate, and high-quality care to patients recovering from major cardiac procedures and other critical conditions. You will work within an advanced and supportive clinical environment designed to promote healing and improve outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Advocate for patient and family needs while ensuring privacy and confidentiality

• Perform clinical assessments and adjust care plans autonomously

• Educate patients and families about medications, procedures, and discharge plans

• Collaborate with a skilled and supportive interdisciplinary team to improve patient care

Qualifications:

• Active Florida RN license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)

• Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience required

• BLS certification (required)

• ACLS (required within 6 months of hire)

• NIH Stroke Certification (required within 30 days of hire)

• CCRN certification (preferred, must obtain within 2 years)

• BSN preferred

• Facility Type: Level 2 Trauma Center

• Reports To: Jane Gustafson, Director

• Initial 30-minute phone screen with Corey Nietupski

• Onsite or video interview with Jane Gustafson and team (1–2 hours)
