Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse Case Manager – Florida

Start Date: December 17, 2025

Location: Fort Walton Beach, Florida

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, every other weekend required

Requirements:

• Current RN license in good standing
• Acute hospital-based Case Management experience required
• Proficiency with Meditech, Midas, and Interqual criteria systems
• Strong utilization review, discharge planning, and care coordination skills
• Availability to work every other weekend
