ICU Registered Nurse

Location: Fort Walton Beach, FL
Salary: $26.40 – $39.60 per hour (based on experience) + shift differentials
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000

Join a nationally recognized acute care hospital seeking experienced ICU RNs to deliver top-tier critical care. This high-acuity unit cares for medical, surgical, cardiac, and trauma patients with a strong emphasis on clinical excellence, teamwork, and patient-centered care.

• Provide evidence-based care in a fast-paced ICU environment
• Monitor ventilators, vasoactive medications, and telemetry
• Act as a patient advocate while upholding confidentiality and dignity
• Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and medications
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes

• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU experience in an acute care setting
• Active RN license (Florida or Compact with application in progress)
• BLS certification (required within 30 days of start)
• ACLS certification (required within 6 months of hire)
• BSN preferred
• CCRN preferred
• Competitive pay: $26.40 – $39.60 per hour (based on experience)
• Shift Differentials: $4.25/hr (Nights), $1.50/hr (Specialty)
• $15,000 Sign-On Bonus
