Registered Nurse - Float Pool – FT – Nights

• Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality.
• Facilitate patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis.
• Provide plan‑based care with a commitment to continuous improvement.

• Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
• BLS‑AHA Provider issued card required within 30 days of start.
• 2 years’ of recent bedside nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting.
• Current ACLS preferred, required within 6 months of hire.
• BSN preferred.
