Health Care Support is currently seeking a Med Surg Registered Nurse for a rewarding opportunity in Fort Walton Beach, FL. DAYS SIGN ON BONUS: up to $10,000

NIGHTS SIGN ON BONUS: up to $15,000

Pay Details

• $27.72 - $39.60 hourly

Schedule:

• 3 x 12s with rotating weekends
• Days and nights open

Location: Fort Walton Beach, FL



Required Qualifications For Med Surg Neuro Registered Nurse

• Florida RN License (if compact, active FL license w/in 90 days)
• 1+ year hospital experience

Daily Responsibilities for Med Surg Neuro Registered Nurse:

• Assess patient conditions during admission and each shift; report changes promptly
• Administer medications, perform procedures, and document care accurately
• Manage IV therapy, wound care, and discharge planning
• Provide patient education to ensure understanding of medical conditions, treatments, and follow-up care
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care following nursing standards and hospital protocols
